Skate Canada -
Saskatchewan is a non-profit sports governing body who is affiliated with and
governed by Skate Canada. The mission of the Section is to promote skating
within the community by developing programs for lifelong fun, fitness, and
personal achievement.
In Saskatchewan, over 10,500 individual members belonging to 211 affiliated
clubs utilize Skate Canada programs. A Board of Directors, elected annually
by the membership, guides the direction of Skate Canada - Saskatchewan.
Funding to support Skate Canada - Saskatchewan programs and services comes
from Saskatchewan Lotteries (Sask Sport), Skate Canada (through paybacks on
registration and test fees) and self-help fundraising projects.
Skate Canada - Saskatchewan is dedicated to the following:
To encourage club participation in the implementation of Skate Canada

Executives, Regions, Clubs, Coaches, and Officials

- To provide competitive opportunities for all
skaters
- To liaise with all skating clubs
